Our Retreats are offered twice a year, in the spring and in the fall. If you have never attended one in the past, you have really missed a lot of fun and good sewing time. There is no better way to get away from it all and do what you love to do - Quilt! Quilt! Quilt! It is a perfect opportunity to start a new project or just finish up some old ones or, better still, concentrate on those unfinished projects.
The rooms in the new facility, Kimsey
Commons, will sleep two people per room. There are two rooms on
the ground floor
that are handicap accessible. The sewing area and rooms will be
in
the same building. Since the new facility will only sleep 22 people, we
will have to have eight people stay in the old building, Morrison
Dormitory. Our maximum attendance is 30 people total for each
trip.

The retreats are held at Ascension School Retreat Center, Cove, Oregon. The accomodations are in
Kimsey Commons, which offers 11 two-person rooms with private baths and all linens provided. Two of these rooms are handicap accessible and handicapped persons will have first choice for these rooms. Some rooms come with private balconies and are recommended for smokers. Barton house has three two-person rooms sharing one bathroom.
The Ascension School Retreat Center will accommodate those with special dietary needs if possible Special arrangements can be made for a shorter time package.
